Required Fields/Conditional Fields

Since the most recent update, I am now having a specific issue.
Scenario, I have options that I made with “Checkout Field Manager” Example; A “Select” field that allows a customer to choose New subscriber or Renewal. Once the customer chooses one of the options, “required” conditional field(s) appear that direct the customer to choose additional options based on the customers initial choice. Example; If the customer chooses New Subscriber, a “required” checkbox field appears letting the customer know, “I understand that it may take up to 24 hours to process my order”. If the customer chooses Renewal, the checkbox field (I understand that it may take up to 24 hours to process my order) does not appear. Problem is, if the customer chooses Renewal, and try’s to place their order from the Checkout page, an error occurs saying that the customer didn’t check-mark the “I understand that it may take up to 24 hours to process my order”. This error should only occur if the customer chose “New Subscriber and didn’t check-mark the appropriate box. To get around this for the time being, I have made all conditional options “optional”. This defeats the purpose of how I was initially using the plugin. Any help to get the Plugin fixed would be appreciated.Thank you for the hard work done to create a valuable plugin.
