Require validation problem

I have this problem: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/validation-issues-9/ Required validation start on text fields after change radio button value. How can I change this behavior? How can I starting validation only after submit button are pushed not after change radio button? If I change text required input another inputs are not validated as I need.
