Request error: 500 Internal Server Error

    Hi there, some of my visitors are getting the ‘”Request error: 500 Internal Server Error’ when trying to use the contact form to send over files. I have spoken to my host and everything works fine on their end. Do you know what could be the cause?

    Hello,

    our form uses WordPress AJAX functionality to send emails, so if you have any errors / warnings / notices on your site, our form may catch that and display it instead of the success message. You should check the Apache/Nginx error logs on your server, you should have more information about what exactly is causing this. Alternatively you can enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in your wp-config.php file: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
