render-blocking resources

Google page speed insights reports HT Mega as a significant render blocking resource on my site and on demo sites like http://demo.wphash.com/htmega/agency/.

Is there a way to streamline this plugin so that my site loads faster on mobile? Current google page speed insights for my site is in the 30s, desktop around 75. The demo site is significantly worse. /htmega-widgets.css?ver=1.4.5 /htbbootstrap.css?ver=1.4.5
