Remove title page name

Hello again!
I’ve been using another theme and after changing to yours, I’m getting underneath the menu on the home page, the text “Home”. Same goes for the contact page, “Contact” and so in every page.
Meaning that, in every page, I have the title name of the page, and underneath, the page itself. I’ve been reading your documentation, but can’t find the way to remove the name of the page, that comes as a title.
