I’ve checked the theme that you’re using and also went through the options just to make sure there is an option for that but I couldn’t find it.
By default I’m not seeing facebook like button at the bottom of posts, so I’m assuming this is added by some plugin? Either way if you can’t find it I’m pretty sure we can remove it with some custom CSS, can you please post link to one of your posts where I can see this?

Thank you for the answer. Turns out, you were right. There was an old plug-in installed on my wordpress network. I deactivated the plug-in and the button vanished! Problem solved.
