I have set my mega menu animation on “Effect — None”, but there is still an animation when hovering on the submenu:
    – When I hover over the top level menu element, the mega menu opens, just fine how I want this.
    – When I move the mouse downn to the mega menu, the mega menu disappears for a moment and then reappears again, sometimes flickering twice.
    – When I move around inside the mega menu between columns the same effect for the single columns: disappear, reappear, sometimes flickering twice.

I just want to stay the mega menu as it is, once open, and only have effects/animations when hovering over single mega menu items.

Where can this be set in the free version?

    Hi sinitita,

That sounds like a conflict with your theme CSS. Please post a link to your site so I can take a look.

    Thanks for your replay.
The site is still on Mantainance. I can grant access. Is there an e-mail address to send access details to? Please let me know if you need admin access or view-only access.

    Hi sinitita,

I only need to see the site as a visitor. Email support is for Pro users only, so if you could post the link here (use a temporary url if needed) I will take a look.

    The site is https://dev.infoe.de
But also for visiting you will need a password, it is on Mantainence Mode and can’t be public yet 🙁
So if there is a way to let you know the password it would be great.
Otherwise it would be necessary to accord on an exact hour to make it public for half an hour or so.

    Hi sinitita,

Please make it public between 10.30-11.30am UK time ( https://www.google.com/search?q=what+time+is+it+in+the+uk ). If I am here, I will take a look. Otherwise we offer email support to pro customers.

Sorry I was not available on Tuesday. I think it is very difficult to coordinate. Without having resolved basic problems in the free version I would not touch the pro version, so I guess there is no solution for me using your plugin.
Right now I am working on another solution using another plugin or built-in mega menu with Divi theme.
I am also quite sure that there was no css conflict, having disabled all custom css. Probably it must be a plugin conflict then, but this would be difficult to address and to solve.
