Reminders to on hold subscriptions

    Hi There,

    Some customers with their subscriptions on hold are complaining they are still getting a notification that the subscription will renew in 3 days. Can we stop it for on hold subscriptions?

    I wanted to reach out and express my gratitude for bringing to our attention the issue with our plugin. Thanks to your feedback, we were able to identify the problem and address it in the latest version of the plugin.

    The Renewal Reminders plugin should be updated to the latest version 1.1.4, as it will not send renewal reminders to customers whose subscriptions are on hold.
