    Hi,

Is there a way to block to only one time registration to an event, that people can’t submit registration several times with the same email ? You can just RSVP once ?

    Thanks

    Hi @jumpinsteph

    Thanks for reaching out.

I totally get why you’d want to prevent multiple registrations with the same email! Unfortunately, that would require some customization, and we’re not able to provide full support for custom implementations like that.

That said, if you’re just looking to limit RSVPs to one per person, we do have a handy guide to help you set that up: How to Limit to One RSVP

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Hi @d0153

    Thanks for your answer.

Is it correct that to limit RSVPs to one person, if I follow the guide, people need to log in before making a reservation, so it means, people need to have an account on the website ?

    Hi @jumpinsteph

Yes, that’s correct. In order for the snippet to track RSVPs, users will need to register on your website (even as a guest) so they have a unique ID. This allows the system to determine whether they have already RSVP’d.

Let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
