    Hello everyone,

    I have an issue in my website, after registration some fields are missing in the user profile. Sometimes it’s the phone number sometimes it’s the name when all fields are required in my website in order to register.
    I couldn’t track the issue because I am new in wordpress development. If anyone came across the same issue please let me know.

    Thank you for reaching out. I completely understand how issues like this can be frustrating—especially when your site’s functionality relies on this process.

    I took a look at your signup page and it seems the form has been customized and is not the default WooCommerce registration form. Normal form uses just the email or email and pass for registration but I can see country field in your form as well which isn’t a known record in user’s account details on the user’s dashboard other than billing and shipping address which is gotten from checkout.

    Could you let me know which form plugin you’re using on that page? To get a better understanding of your setup, please also share your system status report. You can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support and then paste it on pastebin.com and share the link here.

    It looks like your site is using the Ultimate Member plugin for registration, and the issue with missing fields after signup is likely related to that plugin’s settings or how it processes form submissions.
