Are there any hooks that I can hook into to grab email addresses (perhaps even first and last name) for all registrants? I’m trying to glean email addresses into my email responder service.

Hi there,

Do you mean a hook that gets fired when the registration process is finalized from where you can get data about the registration? If so, yes, here’s an example of one of them:
