Refund question

Someone purchased a gift card on my site. Due to a technical error, they thought the transaction didn’t complete, and they bought a second one.
They asked for a refund, and I granted it by refunding through Woocommerce.
Both gift cards are still showing in the Yith Dashboard.
How do I void the card for which I have refunded the customer’s money? Do I just click “trash”?
I can’t find this in the documentation.
EDIT: Putting in “trash” didn’t work. What I did instead is change the current balance to $0 and change the expiration date to today’s date. That seems to have worked, but I’m wondering if there’s a proper process for voiding a gift card.
