If you are referring to the Redis Object cache, yes it does. WPO does not have any known conflict with it.
However, if you are referring to a different “REDIS System”, please clarify.

Thank you very much for the moment we are using the plugin https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/redis-cache/ suggested by our provider but it would be better to be able to do it from your plugin
It is configured using define(‘WP_REDIS_PATH’, on the wp-config.php to connect to the server on your plugin is the same thing?

That would indeed be nice, but unfortunately, redis caching can’t be done from the WPO plugin at this time. Many users use the Redis Cache plugin for that.
