Hi, I am going well with Super Page Cache for Cloudflare. I have a question about Redis Object Cache. Even I read many threads about it and am still confused. I am using a local hosting with support for Redis Object Cache.

I found two options for Automatically purging the object cache and Opcache when the Cloudflare cache is purged.

My question is, Do I need any object caching plugin like Redis Object Cache?

Hi @rajibms,
First of all this is a page caching plugin and does not perform any object caching. Inside the plugin settings when you enable the “Automatically purge object cache” then on CF purge the plugin will call wp_cache_flush() function. But if you have Redis installed in your server, it is recommended to install the Redis Object Cache plugin on your website so that it can take care of Redis purging.
