Is that possible to set a time delay for URL redirect function?

Yes, there is a special option for that: Redirect delay (sec)

Hi Ays-pro

Is that possible to add the redirect delay only to certain answers?

For example. when user select Yes, the redirect delay apply?

Nope, unfortunately, there is not such kind of functionality.
