Yes, I can get to the draft of the link you provided with no problem.
I deactivated all of my plugins except draft for friends and I’m still getting the same redirect problem with ubuntu/chrome, ubuntu/firefox, and mac/safari.

I will leave all of my plugins deactivated until tomorrow morning mountain time.
I think it has something to do how your site is setup.
