Redirect after Registration

I am trying to figure out how to redirect a new user after they register. I’ve looked through the support forums (here) and searched (Google and your docs) but each thing I have read doesn’t seem to be up to date.

I read here (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/redirect-home-when-you-sign-up/) to go to UsersWP > Settings > Register > Registration Action, select Force Redirect to Redirect Page. That will show a new option: Register Redirect Page.

There you can choose a page or set a custom redirect page or even a custom URL. 

But I don’t see a ‘Settings’ inside UsersWP. Also, in UsersWP > General > Register, there is no ‘Registration Action’ or ‘Force Redirect to Redirect Page’.

So please could you tell me how to redirect a new user after they register?
