Re-enable Code Highlighting in 2.8.1

    It seems that WP 2.8.1 has “Disabled code highlighting due to browser incompatibilities.”
    I’m wondering why it wouldn’t still be offered as an option if you want it and if there is a way to enable it in 2.8.1.
