    Hi,

How do one remove the message in the Dashboard that comes up for new users registered on a website? I do not want users of a website to receive such messages.
    The message:
Hey USER, you’ve created *N NextGEN galleries! Awesome! Could I ask you to give us a 5-star rating really quickly on WordPress.org? It helps other WordPress users and motivates us to keep improving. You can also just send us feedback here. Thanks! ~ Erick Danzer (founder of Imagely/NextGEN Gallery

Surely this should only be visible to users that have admin or author privileges?

@duce – This is a dismissible item, if you think it could be handled differently we’d be happy to see your thoughts and ideas on that as a Feature Request here: https://imagely.com/feature-voting/

    Thanks!

Thanks Cais. As I said.. The notice to be shown for the admin of the website is good. But the thousands of website users using the website for “x service” should not be seeing it. In fact, they are not supposed to know it is a WordPress website especially when the Dashboard has been styled and configured for only certain functions they should see.

@duce – This may be something we did not take into consideration, Please send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
