Try removing read_more_text from shortcode since you haven’t entered a value.
Even with a value, this dosnt work (ive put in Read more as value):

One more thing check in the admin > settings > netsposts menu and make sure hide all read more links isn’t checked.

Somehow the language isn’t being converted properly.
Please deactivate plugins and see if it works.
If the above doesn’t work please grant me admin access to see if I can find out why not.
