Hi there,
Any chance you can provide the link to your posts page so we can have a better understanding of the issue?
Thanks!
I think you might have answered this question elsewhere Ying as I’ve been trying to understand this as well.
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/archive-page-with-query-loop-added-via-content-element-displays-posts-repeatedly/
The content you build in Block element β Content template will apply to every post in the loop of your archive page as a template, thatβs why it repeats.

If you add a query loop block in a block element – content template( a premium feature of GeneratePress theme), that will be the reason.
But I’ll still need to inspect your site to know what’s going on π

Hi @benhamdam
1. You are not using GB’s query loop block, it’s WP’s query loop block.
2. You’ve added the WP’s query loop block inside a content template, that’s the reason why it repeats.
In the content template block element, there should only be one post template. You can not use a query loop block.
As the content template block element is a GP Premium feature, I’m not going to talk about it more. If you have questions regarding this feature, please kindly open a support topic in GeneratePress’s premium support forum π

I found that going to: Settings > Reading then change the Blog pages show at most to 1, that sorted the problem.
I think the GB query loop uses the number you enter in to ‘Blog pages show at most’ as the number of times it repeats the query loop.
Hope that makes sense!

Well, that could be a workaround. @sy99
But really, query loop block should NOT be used as a content template.
