Q&A is not working

Hi!
I am trying to use your plugin. But I have issues.

reCAPTCHA V2 for Reviews – disable
reCAPTCHA v3 for Q & A – enable
reCAPTCHAs are from your plugin only.
Review form works OK in this case. Q&A forms works OK in this case.

reCAPTCHAs are from your plugin only.
Review form works OK in this case. Q&A forms does not works in this case. After I click submit, no messages are sent and the form stays in the submission state always.

If you will need to study it on my page, please let me know about the timeframe to test. It is the live site and I can not enable forms with errors for clients.

I really need your help to fix it, becouse review and Q&A is very important tabs for the owners of this store.
