• Hi,

    I am testing the push notifications on the app, however, i noticed that there are no number of users next to the types of users. Only in the section All is reading all users, and in All Users is reading only 2. The other user roles do not have any number of users but I do have them. Furthermore, down at User search it only searches the 2 users not from All.

    I tried to schedule notification to only certain role, single user from the bottom selected, and it did not worked. It only sent notification when I choose ALL category.

    Is there a way to fix this issue or am I doing something wrong?

    There is no counter for the specific role. I note that add one 😉

    When you send a notification to a specific role or email, the user have to be logged in the app to be able to receive it.

    If when you send to all it work, the configuration is ok so the problem is probably because the user is not logged in the account on the app.

    Hi, thank you for your reply, here is the image comparison of my current users with the numbers set on the plugin app. They do not match up for all users and there are no numbers of users to the rest of the categories.
