Publication information not available

Just installed ImpactPubs. I added my ORCID id and it seems to work perfect on the ImpactPubs Settings. I added the code on my page. However, instead of showing the publication list seen in the settings dialogue it shows “Publication information not available” (http://science-network.tv/about-this-site/). Any idea what might cause this problem?
