Professional version not working

    Hello,

    I bought the Professional Lifetime license and the pro options are not available still.

    In troubleshooting I have:

    • read the instructions for upload and activation in the email
    • deactivated the free version and uploaded the plugin from the purchase link and with overwriting
    • deactivated and deleted the free version and then reuploaded the plugin from the purchase link
