    Hello

    Thank you developper for the great plugin, it’s a life saver 🙂

    Using the shortcode {{products.cart}} It looks like the cart table is not responsive, on mobile it looks like this:

    Any idea how to fix this 🙂

    Hi,

    I have checked the abandoned cart reminder email in the Mobile device and Abandoned Cart Reminder email appeared correct on the mobile device.

    Please share with us HTML code of Email content from “Text” mode of Email Body section under Edit email template page.

    Can you please let me know on which mobile device you are using to check email notification?

    I opened it on Outlook on android and Gmail on Android, on both the cart table wasn’t responsive.

    Hi @aminech,

    Yesterday, we have released our plugin version 5.1.0. From this version, we have added a responsive default email template.

    You can try to update the plugin and it will be added in the list of the email template and use it.

    Let me know if the issue still persists with the new template.
