Hello @olafvangastel
From the logs, it appears that the error you are experiencing is primarily “Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID” according to the logs.
Can you please check your external business ID and ensure that you have only ASCI characters and the hyphen? Also, check your currency settings to be sure they match.
If that isn’t the issue, I would recommend you to check if two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your Facebook account.
When connecting a Facebook Page or Account to a third-party application, like WooCommerce, 2FA is required by Facebook.com.
You can find more information about this requirement here: https://www.facebook.com/help/148233965247823
Can you please make sure that 2FA is enabled for your account and then try to connect your store to Facebook again?
Let us know how that goes!
Hey Thanks!
So 2fa is enabled now,
I’ve used the setup guide of the facebook woocommerce plugin to connect everything, surely the connection must be setup right then?
Hey @olafvangastel,
I’ve used the setup guide of the facebook woocommerce plugin to connect everything, surely the connection must be setup right then?
Thanks for confirming you have now got 2FA enabled.
You mentioned you’ve gone through the setup guide to connect everything, was that all successful and are your products now syncing?
If so then the issue likely was the lack of 2FA on your account and it should function as expected going forward.
Kind regards,
I am sorry i think you misunderstood me.
2FA is enabled
Everything was setup with the installguide of the plugin, so i dont understand why the products are still not syncing. It has always worked upon till a time ago.

This should be done automatically with the setup right?
Hi @olafvangastel.
This should be done automatically with the setup right?
Ideally, yes, but in practice, sometimes invalid characters get saved. To check this, go to http://christelaldenhoven.nl/wp-admin/options.php. This will show you the different values stored in the WP Options table in your database. The key you’re looking for is wc_facebook_external_business_id.
Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!
yeah thanks, so found that in woocommerce and this is the value christel-aldenhoven-5f47961d0f3ac
How can i check if this matches with facebook? Which value am i looking for in facebook?
