Once I selected products on analysis date, I received an email but the button inside isn’t work.
Can you elaborate more and tell us what exactly you mean by “the button inside isn’t work”? Are you able to click on the button and open the link? If you right-click on the button and copy the link – then can you paste it and open the link in a browser window?
I can’t read the report even if I download it from wp-content/uploads. There are a bunch of errors inside.
It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots with us so we can investigate this further. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
I would also suggest requesting the report after deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and changing to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront.

Lastly, if still unresolved kindly provide us the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
