Product Feed Sync Stuck

Hello,
We recently purchase the Elite License for Product Feed Pro plugin. The plugin feed doesnt not get updated after the plugin upgrade.
We already have read your instructions for stuck feed. didnt help as there is no PHP fetal error.
However we assume there might be a connection issue between the plugin and the woocommerce product API in backend, and the error we see coming from facebook_for_woocommer log file is as follow: 03-15-2021 @ 04:15:38 – There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job 12e8ff6b2ccb3a67da9fd482c2183f35: Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.
Can your team please look this as soon as possible.
