Hi bro!
Thanks for the absurdly fast response! The guide is awesome, unfortunately it still doesn’t work!
If I open safari’s inspector I get “started 2”, then an “activation_error” and then a prototype object.
It’s a wordpress network on WP 5.2.2

I too have been having issues with the product feed not refreshing. I went through the troubleshooting list on your FAQ page and nothing seemed to work. I will send you a screenshot of the Chrome logs.
Are you both working with version 1.14.1?
If so, could you convert back to version 1.13.1 (not 1.14.0) and check if that solves the issue?
You can download the 1.13.1 version here:https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-product-feed-manager/advanced/ at the bottom of the page.
AAAAAAA!!!!
1.13.1 works for me!!!
Lots’o’love! 😀
@nickpucci,
If you could send your Chrome logging screenshots to michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com, that would help me to figure out what is wrong with version 1.14.1.
Looks like reuploading the previous version has worked for me as well!
I’ll send along the Chrome screenshot.
Thanks for helping me out @nickpucci.
Beste heer Jongbloed,
Groetjes Rob
Hello Rob,
That is a bit strange because as long as you don’t use the Delete option on the Plugins page, the feed data should remain. But anyways, yes there is a backup option on the Feed Manager -> Settings page.
So I would suggest to restore your backup, then open the Feed Manager -> Settings page, make a backup there, then update to the previous version and restore the backup which should be there even after a delete. Should you not be able to find the backup after the delete, do it again and make a new backup and make a manual copy of the backup file which you can find in the ‘wp-content/uploads/wppfm-backup’ folder.
Let me know if that worked, because it could be a problem that a backup of a new plugin version is not compatible with an old version, but if that’s the case I should be able to fix that.
Groeten,
Michel
Hi Rob,
Where you able to solve the issue?
I have a test version ready that should fix this issue. If anybody would like to test this version (1.14.2) please send me an email at michel @ wpmarketingrobot.com so I can share this test version with you.
I have received a few reports now that the test version fixes this issue. This means that I expect the issue to be fixed in the next release of our plugin which is to be expected somewhere this month.
If you want to test the test version yourself, just send me an email and I can send you a pre-release.
I’ll close this ticket for now. Should any of you still experience this issue after the next update, just reopen this topic again or open a new one.
Have a nice day.
