    Can someone explain what the ‘Process Upgrades’ action does after this recent update please? Will it affect anything outside of the plugin?

    My pop-ups work for me but not for any external/non-logged in user – I presume the process upgrades thing is the reason but I want to check it’s not going to affect anything else before I do it.

    @astonward89 – Sure I can do that. It absolutely won’t touch anything outside of our plugins data. We built it to handle migrating data from older versions to new structures. For instance before v1.7 popup display settings, conditions, triggers & cookies were each saved in a separate row in your db, now all in one.

    The upgrade routine simply converts and saves the data to the new format and cleans up the old data.

    That said if the upgrade process isn’t running for you please be patient as we are working through quite a few issues that didn’t turn up during 3 months of testing. I can assure you they will get fixed asap.

    If you have PHP error logs you can check and post errors from that may help speed things up.
