Hi, I’m afraid that a test environment is not available for this payment option. You can create, for example, a service with a price of $1, pay for it, and test it.
When the Create WordPress user account for customers setting is activated (found in Settings > Customers), Bookly generates WordPress user accounts for new customers. If a user is logged in, the new customer will be linked to the existing user account.
WordPress user details (login and password) can be automatically sent in the email or SMS notification by enabling New customer’s WordPress user login details in the notification settings.

Yes .. I figured out testing – we have items for $1 and we buy them using stripe. We are trying to sell single classes and packages same website. I have things set up separately – We have purchased Pro and 4 other plug in from you https://thedivinemotherhealer.com/soul-spark-yoga-classes/
- We are not getting any emails for account set up – username and password – I believe I have the settings correct -not sure how to add a screen shot . We want them to access the Customers Cabinet – yes we have purchased. If I just buy a package – do I get the same account ?
- We are selling packages – have stripe cloud activated and packages list – how do they access their packages ? Do they get a similar email set up or would it go to the account settings sent cabinet
