• Hello OceanWP staff,

I created a custom template(With elementor) in the Theme Library, and wanted to put it as a global Header (For every page/post)

Sadly it gives me a problem,

When I go to appearance>Header>menu, and select the template from the drop down box, the website will not load (By either showing just the company Logo, or by showing a white page.)

When I edit a page and put it through the OceanWP Options however it will work perfectly.

Could you tell me what the problem is, and if there is a way to get the global thing to work, or am I stuck on a Posts page without the custom header and that I have to manually add it to every other page & Post?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello, if you select your custom header via the customizer, it is will be for all your site not just your archive and single posts.
What is exactly the problem when you try to select the header in the customizer?

    Hello OceanWP,

that is exactly what I want, a custom header for my entire website.

What happens when I put the custom header template (That I made in ” theme panel>Template library” ) in the ” appearance>Header>menu” section.

Is either one of these 2 things.
    1) – The entire page is white. all content is gone/hidden.
    2) – The Logo is visible(The one that I put in customizr as website logo), but the rest of the page is white.

Hi, okay, can you create a pre-purchase ticket on oceanwp.org, I will need more information.

    I found out the problem,

It was because on one of my pages I added the Custom Navbar for that specific page.

and then I added the global navbar through the theme customizer, this somehow gave a complication.
