Hi, I have WordPress 4.4.2 and WordPress Download Manager 4.1.2 and if I try to implement the shortcode like [wpdm_package id = ‘740’] downloads are not displayed on frontend, if I remove ” ‘ ” on shortcode like [wpdm_package id = 740] users see downalod and plugin work.

    Thanks.

    Having the same problem.

Even after adding the shortcode to the page I’m unable to see any download display on the frontend.

P.S. Tried what Eleonora mentioned but still nothing seems to work.

I have also tried to use debug but nothing… blank html for the shortcode.

    Hi,
Copy the package shortcode from All Files page or insert shortocde using TinyMCE addon (http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/)

There may be some error in your shortocde, following one of above stated approach ensures you have inserted correct package shortcode.

Let me know if that doesn’t solve the issue.

    Thanks.

Thanks but I I have problems with the plugin (
    it does not work properly).

However in our case is not a syntax problem because we use the correct syntax on text [html] wordpress editor:
    [wpdm_package id=’600′] [wpdm_package id=’598′]

    System show only package 600.
