Hi,
I have tried to replicate the issue at hand but for us it works just fine when we create this rule: https://www.dropbox.com/s/q52d7ufis4e8sey/no-stock-rule.png?dl=0
Could you try the exact same rule and make sure that the feed has been refreshed and you are looking at a non-cached version of the feed?
Best,
Eva
I made a new feed to try it and that worked..BUT…
when i added some others rules didnt worked!
I checked my files (on uploaded file @ wordpress) and i downloaded the file.
when i opened it, i saw that despite i’d refreshed it manually , the file wasnt refreshed with the new values!
🙁
I think that something goes wrong with the refresh on this xml file.
I use 2 feed as well (one for Facebook channel, and one for Google) and i have no problems on refreshing..
But with this file that is on Channel: Custom i cant understand why there are problem on reFresh… :(((

Hi,
To me it still sounds like you are either trying to open the updated feed to fast or/and are experiencing a caching issue with your browser. Please make sure you clear all caching of your browser and/or caching plugin’s before you re-check your product feeds.
Best,
Eva
thanks for your reply
..it’s impossible to be caching issue and/or caching plugin’s… thus i wrote you that i downloaded the file via wordpress core on my pc… and i check it..
the only that i keep is that may i trying to open the updated feed to fast ..
but with the others 2 feeds i have no problems! so something doesnt work well with custom channel… its clear!… 🙁 who knows what…
Hi,
Could you share a screenshot of the rules and filters you created and let us know which rules/filters are not working?
Best,
Eva
Screenshoot
1-2 are ok!
the rest rules not working
:((
Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot. Is this a feed for Google Shopping and/or Facebook? if so, you can’t use the category attribute to create rules like this as that attribute will be used to put in the Google category ID’s of your category mapping.
Best,
Eva
Hi,
No screenshoot is for the custom channel with the problem.
Feeds for Google Shopping and/or Facebook are working for me…
Hi,
I have been trying to replicate the issue at hand with a custom feed. For us it does seem to work.
First, this is the categories field mapping that is in place:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/41un89sgx8lrkly/rulez-1.png?dl=0
I then create a rule that looks like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/6smfh3wc6idr10d/rulez-2.png?dl=0
Which, after reprocessing the product feed, looks like this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/hpkhp0sopwmfmmf/rulez-3.png?dl=0
Which seems fine. Did you do the exact same steps?
Best
Eva
yes i have done exactly the same steps…
Today i tried to make a new custom feed (i deleted the old) and it worked!but not 100%…
one rule doesnt seem to work and i’m thinking that may be there is something goes wrong with the unicode because contains characters like this–> / ? Or the Pluggin can’t support Unicode as Greek letters?
the rule is:
if Category contains Κρέμες/Spray Διαμόρφωσης
Hi,
It seems you are correct, the filter is having a problem with the / in the category name. The above however can still be accomplished by changing the filter into this:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rzcs8updmwdsemp/spray-filter.png?dl=0
(or exclude if that’s what you want).
All the best,
Eva
Bingo!
AFter your last advise it worked!
Thank you for the support!
Perfect, glad it worked out.
All the best,
Eva
