Problem with responsive

Hi. First of all sorry for my bad english.
Im starting a site (feubb.cl) and I have a problem with the responsive version in this page http://feubb.cl/centros-de-estudiantes-2/ I cant see the entire page in my cellphone, I cant move it side to side so Im watching only the half of the page. Can someone tell me how can I disable the responsive version?
