Problem with Newest Version of plugin

We have this plugin used on a website. It’s been working fine for over a year, however, when we updated the site last week to the newest version of WordPress and Woocommerce, the plugin started causing problems.
We were running a version of Woo from about a month ago, and a version of WP from a few weeks ago. Then we updated to the newest, and now on the checkout page it always says there are no shipping methods available for the address we input. No matter what address we put in, that error happens. I downgraded Woocommerce back to the previous version and that fixes the issue again, but that’s not an ideal solution.
I know this is the plugin causing the problem because before I downgraded, I turned off other plugins and it didn’t work until I turned off this one. I then enabled all other plugins and left this one disabled and everything worked fine too.
