PROBLEM WITH FIREFOX

    Hi, I’m having a problem with Firefox. Basically, when I load a page on my site for the first time (or without cookies/cache), it loads correctly. However, if I reload the page or navigate to other pages on the site, the page then experiences problems (see screenshot). Specifically, the carousel doesn’t work (only the first image displays), and sections at the bottom of the page that were previously full-screen are now boxed.

    Elementor is updated to the latest version (I tried rolling back to previous versions). There are no conflicting plugins or cache/optimization plugins. I’ve tried clearing the Elementor cache and resynching the Library. There are no server-side cache modules. I’ve tried reinstalling Elementor and disabling and reinstalling plugins, but nothing. How can I fix it?

    The problem is only with Firefox, in Chrome no problem…

    The behavior you’re describing where the first page load is fine, but reloading or navigating causes layout issues (carousel not rotating, full-screen sections becoming boxed), usually points to a frontend script not re-initializing correctly, or something preventing Elementor’s JS from running on subsequent loads in Firefox.

    • Make sure there are no errors in the Firefox Developer Console after the second page load. Even a small JS error can stop Elementor widgets (like carousels) from initializing.
    • Try testing with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (Help > More Troubleshooting Information > Restart with Add-ons Disabled). Some browser extensions, particularly ad blockers or privacy tools, can interfere with Elementor scripts.
    • If your site uses any form of lazy-loading, preloading, or content prefetching (sometimes enabled by themes or hosting), try disabling it temporarily to see if it affects Elementor’s scripts.
    • Regenerate CSS/JS one more time: Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data, then clear the browser cache and test again.

    If the issue appears only on reload and only in Firefox, it’s almost always related to how the browser is handling cached JS or blocked widget initialization. Checking the console will give the clearest direction.
