    Hello
    We try an xml that has some sale price quotes and when we subtract the offer price from the xml added to the sale price field, it does not remove it and still shows the offer price that no longer exists in the field.

    My apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

    We try an xml that has some sale price quotes and when we subtract the offer price from the xml added to the sale price field, it does not remove it and still shows the offer price that no longer exists in the field.

    We’ll have to see your import settings and data/logs to understand why it’s doing that. Please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the sandbox site URL and a brief description of what’s going wrong (or a link to this thread for reference).
