Problem with custom permalink

When the facebook comments box is embedded, I get a warning from facebook saying
“Warning: http://… is unreachable.”
The permalink I’m using is /%category%/%post_id%/%postname%/
The URL sent to facebook is /%postname%/http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/facebook-comments-master/
