So these characters show up as a “?” inside a diamond, right?
That looks like an encoding problem. Something must not be using UTF-8 correctly.
Can you post the shortcode you are using so I can test it on some of my sites?
Yes exactly, a “?” inside a diamond.
The shortcode I use is:
