there is some error to show the stars . the rate is 5 stars but the review are shown like this image

I ve found this solution temporanely
but if you co on bottom of page you can find the shortcode

Thanks for your additional information.

I see that there are some <p> tags wrap each star rating icon in the HTML structure, screenshot https://imgur.com/0C0Gz9z

The tag could be created by a third-party plugin or custom code. Please try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, switch to a WordPress theme and recheck the issue.

I ve tried to deactivate all plugins as you suggest me but nothing change

Can you please share a screen record that demonstrates it?
– all plugins are deactivated, only WooCommerce and CusRev are activated
– use a default WordPress theme
