Problem Menu

Hello,
I am posting here a request for help, it has not been very long since I started WordPress and I find myself facing an impasse. I created my main menu with all the correct formats and when I use divi to add a block of code with “[maxmegamenu location=primary-menu]” to link my menu it displays a normal menu without any css even though I made a css in the mega menu theme but nothing to do the menu remains as if I had not put css with the links in blue and the bullets on the left (I asked gpt chat for help without any success) Thank you for the time you will give me to resolve the problem.
