problem importing

    I am importing my complete database (small part works good). I don’t understand why it imports the first 300 articles and then it stops and doesn’t go on. There appears to be no errors in the logs.

    I would like to buy your plugin, to program the importatin, but before I would like it works on time

    Thank you for reaching out to us

    The issue you are facing might be because the server time out during import. Please try reducing the import batch count and increasing the timeout value in the plugin settings and check if the issue is resolved or not. By default the import batch count value will be 10, please try setting a lesser value and try.
