Problem Cash on delivery

    Hello
    I have the problem, when I add € 2 to the price on delivery, the price always appears in the cart even though we have not added the payment method yet. This gives confusion to the client.

    Something can be done so that it doesn’t always come out.

    Hi,

    and what’s your default payment? Can’t you switch to one without the charge?

    Or alternatively, you can hide shipping completely on the cart page, you could use the following snippet:

    function disable_shipping_calc_on_cart( $show_shipping ) {
    if( is_cart() ) {
        return false;
    }
    return $show_shipping;
}
add_filter( 'woocommerce_cart_ready_to_calc_shipping', 'disable_shipping_calc_on_cart', 99 );

    Hi, thank you for you answer.

    It is not found by default. First there is payment by card, then transfer and finally, cash on delivery.

    But there is always cash on delivery in the car, before selecting the payment method.

    I tried to add the code you sent me. In theme funtions.php but it does nothing.
    Where should I add it? Let’s see if the code is fixed.
