    Hi, I purchased the pro version and am unable to sign up for support. A little frustrated with this as it is part of the reason I purchased the pro version. I have tried reaching out to you through your site but am not getting any response. There are no email in the junk folder. Can you please help? Thanks.

    Hi,

    This is an illogical loop.

    I cannot submit a ticket because I am not getting the code to set up the support account.

    How else can I get this resolved without going through this forum when the support system you have set up is failing?
