Is there a complete list of features of the Starter version in comparison with the Free version? Are there specific improvements, additional blocks or features in the block builder?
I wonder if there is a solution for defining the width of paragraph blocks (e.g. make them wide/full width)

We’re unable to discuss pro products in this forum. However, what I can suggest is heading over to WP Dashboard > OceanWP > OceanWP Panel and checking the Free vs Pro tab for more info. It would also be great if you could take a moment to read the forum guidelines: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products.

As for adjusting the width of paragraph blocks, you can do that directly in your page builder(Gutenberg): https://wordpress.org/documentation/category/widget-blocks/
