Apologies for the inconvenience.
We would request you to please share the screenshot of the issues with us. Also, please share the log file with us for better understanding. For this please try enabling debug log of your wordpress. To do so you need to edit the wp-config.php file in the root of the wordpress installation and look for WP_DEBUG and set the value to true.
Please follow the link below to enable debug log
https://www.dotster.com/help/article/wordpress-how-to-enable-or-disable-wp-debug. Once you enable the debug log then again reload the Settings page. This will show the errors on the website. Once you take the screenshot then disable the WP_DEBUG by setting the value to false.
NOTE: Enabling WP_DEBUG will show errors and warnings all over the website. Be sure to disable it.

Thank you for responding. For the record though I have submitted 5 different tickets through that link over a 2 week period and still have not received a reply from any of them. At this point I just need a refund for the Pro version. Please let me know what steps I need to take to achieve that.
