My sincere apologies! Our website http://www.tychesoftwares.com has been down for the past few hours due to an unexpected server issue. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we’re doing everything possible to get it back online as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the pro version allows for an additional email template, which enables customers to receive an extra reminder via email. The same thing is also possible on the lite version, as all you need to do is add an additional email template, and this will serve as the template responsible for the additional email reminder.

: Do you mean you want to send the second follow-up reminder email to customers who abandon the cart? If yes then it is possible to send multiple reminder emails with both our Abandoned Cart Lite and Pro versions of the plugin. You can use multiple email templates and set the email sending time as per your requirements.

So for example I only want to mail the client with a big order and not the small ones. Is that possieble in the pro version?

@anna-webdesign it is impossible to manually send a reminder email on the lite version. This is only possible with the pro version.
