Pro Plan Query

Hi there, I am thinking about purchasing your pro plan – it looks great!

I have hired a developer to customize one of my pre-installed WordPress plugins. He says that he needs an admin”” role for this.
I would like to use your plugin (pro plan) to block him from doing the following:

1. accessing certain plugins
2. activating, deactivating and deleting plugins
3. accessing other user roles
4. accessing and editing theme files like header.php, footer.php etc.

Can I do this? If so, how?
